3 LEVEL QUALITY CONTROL

We take extra care when it comes to quality control. On the first level, Our quality control measures start right from the farms where we procure most of our produces. Our procurement team will strictly check the quality of the spices and herbs that we buy and make sure that every spice and herb that comes to our facility is thoroughly tested for any contamination, pesticide residue, and adulteration. Only clean and pure produces are accepted for further processing.


On the second level, during cleaning, sorting, and grading, utmost cleanliness is followed on the floor in order to minimize the risk of contamination. The workers are given basic necessary gears such as masks, gloves, hairnets & caps to maintain hygiene.


On the third level, the physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters of the processed goods are once again checked at this stage and stored in a cleaned food grade bag. Our materials and facility will be fumigated with a controlled atmosphere fumigation process regularly in order to store the processed goods in the warehouse.


TEST REPORTS

Each and every batch that leaves our processing facility will always be accompanied by a batch-specific Pesticide test report & COA. All the pesticide residue testing is done at Accredited International Laboratories like Eurofins, Intertek, SGS, etc. based on our customer’s requirements.
